Google any one of your favorite companies. Whether it’s clothing, housewares, food, or even body products, the most succesful, the ones generating the biggest profits, the companies’ who have brand recognition worldwide, all have one very important thing in common:
They spend millions of marketing dollars
on PROPER PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY,
always.
And you’re still taking photos of your clients’ greatest financial and emotional investment…
with your iPhone.
Here’s the thing, while those worldwide household recognized companies spend millions of dollars, you don’t have to. But what you could potentially LOSE, could definitley rack up to that million dollar mark over the span of your Real Estate career.
I came across this post on The Hamptons’ top luxury real estate agents and I studeid each of the agents’ websites. All use professional imagery. All have well staged listings. And all understand that the proper marketing of a home is more about their personal brand, than it is about selling the home itself.
And I can bet they all figured that out very early on in their career.
Don’t skimp. Don’t be THAT agent. Don’t get fired by your client because you didn’t want to fork out the $200 to take professional imagery to market their biggest financial and emotional investment properly. And don’t build a reputation of being an agent that uses crappy photos on his/her listings.
