There are these spcaes in between our tall buildings that exist. We walk by them often and only look for them when truly desperate. They’re NYC parking garages. And I never really thought of them as ‘real property’ and something to market, until I had to photogrpah one.

What a challenge! What do I look for? Angles? Lighting? Of course over-thinking didn’t help since all the agent needed was to document the space. And so we did. Got a peek at some beautiful cars, a little bit of real estate education when discussing with Mike how these spaces are sold and marketed,  and even got in a history lesson:  we found a metal plaque which I googled belonged to a manufacturer of fireplace dampers from around 1895.

I even made a vanity cover for it.
