Dear 2010,

Well, 2010 I am impressed. In 12 months, 365 days, you have managed to make me feel every extreme of every emotion I could possibly think of. From heart break to joy, from disappointment to satisfaction. I would have never imagined you would have brought me the excitement, frustration, happiness and bitterness that you have.

I will tell you however, I am excited to see you go. You see, while you may have given me positive events through out my year, you also contributed to tragic ones. Regardless, I must say I am truly thankful for quite a few things you did for me. You allowed me to feel pain. You allowed me to feel passion. I found myself again – cause apparently I was lost. I am now able to see the beauty in the world through a magical window. I have a new appreciation for ethics, morals and commitment. I have a new found respect for trust,  friendships and love. 2010 – you were a bitch and I thank you. You opened  my eyes, which in turn re-opened my heart. I love for you what you are but it’s now time to send you off.

I won’t miss you. I don’t need you and with all due respect… I send you on your way a big ole fuck you…

Sissy face – you are amazing. Thank you for giving me the best gift ever. Kiss that handsome little boy for me. And tell him, that his Boobie loves him forever and a day.

My babies – you are the reason I can breathe. Life is full of amazing things. Always take a minute to smell the flowers by your feet. Feel the Sun on your face. Let the Rain cleanse your soul. Love with all that you have. Laugh with every breath. Live with purpose. Fight for your dreams. Reach for the Stars, Moon and Sun… Believe in you… cause I do. And remember, that I will always be here… right by your side… cheering you on.

Family & friends – your support flows through my soul and allows me to stay afloat.

Dad, Step-mama and Mom – You are my core.

2010…see ya…

2011 …bring it on baby!
