Not every Super Hero wears a cape.

Most of them wear messy pony tails and shirts with dirty hand prints. A lot of them wear jeans that never have enough pockets. And She almost always has stains from taking a knee in effort for Her to regain a little strength so that She can walk tall again. Most of them wear …

tired eyes and carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. You will ALWAYS see a Mom with a lot of bags. She carries bags for herself, bags for Her kids, bags for Her spouse, and bags for all those She cares about. Her feet are always sore from all the running around they do, and Her hands wrinkle before their due time. And the good ones, the really great ones, they wear lines of fatigue, lines of struggle, and if you look really closely, you can see thin lines running down from Her eyes to Her mouth… that’s the path of Her tears… the happy ones and the sad ones. You’ll never hear a good Mom say “I want to be a Good Mom because of the pay, because of the notoriety, because of all the glory and shiny lights” Because the good ones, the really great ones…She doesn’t need a reason to be a Good Mom.

She just is. YOU just are.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the Queens that create life, that care for life, and to the ones that step in even when they don’t have to. To all the Queens that take on the ginormous responsibility of caring for a person in the ultimate way possible. To all the Queens that encounter countless heart ache, countless trials and tribulations, to all the Queens that struggle to get it right even when all of the odds are against Her. No matter what denomination you believe in, understand that every “God” ‘god’ ‘creator’ chose to bring life for all animals through a FEMALE because it is She that is strong enough to serve best as the nurturer, holder, carer, lover, provider, and guider for the fruits that lay before Her. The Strength of a Woman is beyond measure. Today isn’t Mother’s Day…  EVERY DAMN DAY IS MOTHER’S DAY.

Goddess always remember… Life is full of amazing things. Always take a minute to smell the flowers by your feet. Feel the Sun on your face. Let the Rain cleanse your soul. Love with all that you have. Laugh with every breath. Live with purpose. Fight for your dreams. Reach for the Stars, Moon and Sun… Believe in you… cause I do. And remember, that I will always be here… right by your side… cheering you on.
