Staging & Prep Consultation = $100 Telling a new client “You need to clean and get rid of your junk” can sometimes cause an uneasy feeling between the owner and the agent. A Staging & Prep consultant visits your client’s home, walks through the space with the eye of a potential buyer, and makes suggestions as to what needs to be tidied up in order for the space so show well in photos, which is your listings first impression. The suggestions are delivered in an easy to follow check list with information on where to go for necessities, price lists, and even contacts for specific services to handle the not so simple jobs.
Handy Man = $150 for 3 hours of work If your prep consultant suggested painting, adding new hardware, or moving around furniture, your handy men will get the job done.
Housekeeping = $75 for 0-2 Bedroom apartment A thorough cleaning is a must in order to prepare any space for photos. Our house keeper will visit the space and work her magic in every room. Leaving behind a scent of freshness to entice your web and in-person visitors to stay a while.
Table Top Staging = $100 Once the space is cleared and cleaned, table top staging can be provided to add interest to certain details of the areas to be photographed. This is always beneficial to empty spaces that can use some color & life.
Real Estate Photography = $150 + Your photographer will spend 2 hours ensuring each room is photographed in its’ best light. With 90% of home buyers, furnishing shoppers beginning their searches online, your FIRST IMPRESSION is sometimes your ONLY impression! Beautiful imagery created by professional photography is a MUST investment. Virtual Staging = $50 per room You have an empty room and you decide you want to show what the main living area could look like with furniture, this is where our virtual staging professional will use her elaborate experience adding in home decor as if it was there during the photo shoot.
Real Estate Creative Writing = $50 Content marketing is key to listing your listings standing out. We outsource our creative writing to a team of women who is experienced in real estate marketing, copy-writing, editing, and more! Your product will receive care, attention, time, and creativity.
Simple & Creative Graphic Design = $25 per cover Social media is a powerful tool in today’s marketing strategies. Update your Facebook banners, you LinkedIn profiles, your Instagram feed with eye catching creatives to feature your new photos and remind you world that you have the best Real Estate or Design information in town.
Open House Hostess = $100 per day You’re ready to show, but don’t want to show it alone. Our Open House hostess is kind, welcoming and will provide each visitor a personal guided tour of your listing. While you’re talking to clients before they leave, she will greet the ones coming in and prep them of your presentation.
